Does making sweets amounts to manufacture ?
A client makes sweets and sells them. Does it amounts to Manufacture ? Does the Nature of Business for him in the income tax return should be " Manufacturing others" ???

Mr Vamsi Krishna : Yes it is a manufacturing process. The actual test for manufacturing is that the ingradients lose their identity and a new product with a new identity is produced. .......mjk
