Does LTCG for foreign investments (debt/equity mutual fund/etfs) get indexation benefit?

Hello, I wanted to know if one can claim indexation benefit for long term capital gain on foreign investments like debt or equity mutual funds, etfs, etc held for more than 3 years. Section B-7 in Schedule CG seems to suggest one should use indexed cost, but I want to make sure I can do so and that that section is the correct one as well to put LTCG on foreign investments.
