Does icai provide no. of attempt detail to off campus recrut

1 of my senior in articleship has cleared CA in 4 attempts & got the job in good company & when I got interview call from that same company they rejected me by saying that they take only 1st attempt as mine is 2nd. I am very upset that my senior got job there by lying that he cleared in 1st attempt. Please provide me the Email ID or some phone no. which i can give to that company, tell him to enquire about his no. of attempt as he lied to get the job

may be ur frnd have cleared both grp in 4th attempt..or some reffernce..and its nt a gud ..ki ap 2ro ka job..ki what lagao..

Instead of wasting time in such matters better concentrate on finding another job.

first attempters only score the opportunities to get interviews first but does that surely means they will get the job dear may be your friend was a right candidate for the job and you was not that promising in that particular interview. so dont be tensed about instead be happy about your friend scoring a job and he can refer you also somewhere he finds a place empty for you to go for an interview and brush up yourself for another opportunity because it doesnt knocks the door and move on it is a part of professional life interview will come and go and esp failing in interview always gives a wake up call hello you must be lacking something try to ascertain that and success will follow and now be happy for him.......

The thing is that he lied , he disreputed the institute, doesn't these company people check the background with institute about the candidate.

i m surprised & ashamed by replies of fellow membrs here...it shows how corrupt our mind has become...instead of condemning the act of this "CA" we hav started attacking the person who showd courage to speak the truth......in my view this said "CA" no more deserves to b member of the institute....we should write to institute.(if what mayank said is true)

@ CA Mayank - if u r really confident that he lied for the job, write an e-mail (id avail. on website) about this to council of ICAI & cc to President/vice-president etc.

Dear may be you r right but pl. tale me you are 100% honest if no then keep yourself mum if yes it is very difficult to fight against coruption so motivate into you way of life. I do not know what is the meening of good company . All company is good depends upon your adaptablity of the situation. If good company means good salary then sharp your professional acumen you will get it soon.
