05 July 2012Form 10 IA is required to claim deduction u/s 80U. Kindly confirm whether the form should be sent by post along with the print out of the return to claim refund if e return is filed. (Kindly quote notification in this regard). Also I wish to know deduction for professional tax paid by the employer is available under which section?

such form should be kept with you and it should be present when it is demanded

Dear Mr. Amit Jha !
For filing e-return no enclosures are required. But one should give true and correct information. A person giving false information/declaration is liable for prosecution under the Income-tax Act.
Profession tax exemption can be claimed under section 16(iii)
