Documents while Clearing goods for Export

We want to clear product for export from our factory in Punjab and Haryana which will go by road/rail to port in Gujarat/Maharashtra via Rajasthan.What are the documents which will accompany the product en route.What is the Excise and Custom procedure to execute this transaction?
