Documents to prove an export transaction

We have received advance inward remittance from USA for the export of goods. The goods will be delivered to the consignee in person at USA by daughter of our Director who is visiting India. Please let us know what are the documents to retain when goods are hand delivered instead of sending thru courier or India Post.
