Which are the documents to be verified by a C.A.for certifying the unit as EOU?

REPLY:-

THERE ARE THE BELOW MENTIONED DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME FOR SETTING UP AN EOU UNIT:-

Generally , THERE ARE NO REQUIRE CA CERTIFICATION AT THE TIME OF SET UP THE UNIT BUT THE C.S.T. REFUND BY 100% EOU, in DEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONER OFFICE, MUST REQUIRE THE CERTIY THE PRESCRIBED APPENDIX.

EXPORT TURNOVER OF THREE FINANCIAL YEARS MUST REQUIRE.
AT THE TIME OF IMPORT OF HIGH SPEED DIESEL LOCALY & TERMINAL EXCISE DUTY PAID REFUND WILL BE REQUIRE THE CA CERTIFICATION.

AT THE TIME OF EXPORT DETAILS OF FINCNCIAL YEAR IS MUST.
IF UNIT IS DE-BONDING THE PRESCRIBED IS MUST.
IMPORT DETAIL, IF RE-EXPORT CASE DOCEUMTS VERIFIED BY CA.
