Now the copies of MOA ,AOA and other agreements and other documents may be send electronically in pdf format to the ROC.
However, they require it in hard copy.

Hard Copies of incorporation documents are requited to be filed with ROC.

Hard copy of MOA / AOA is not required in case of INCREASE IN AUTHORISED CAPITAL IF STAMP DUTY IS PAID ONLINE..
In case of INCORPORATION, hard copy is mandatorily be submitted........
