I hav incorporated a Company who is goin to be deaing in foreign exchange. Now have to get the company registered with RBI. and there teh lsit of documents are given in the notifiction as wel.
But need a help from someone who hads actually done it as it is a now isue.
Would be great if anyone can help me with above isue.

1. A Brief Write up of Activities of Applicant & Nature of Business covering following
- Brief Background & Previous Experience of Promoters
- Nature of Business and Key Areas of Activities carried on by Company
2. Confidential Report in CIR Format.
3. Copy of License under Shop Act.
4. Certificate for Registration of a Company
5. Copy of Memorandum of Association covering the main object to act as Full Fledged Money Changer
6. Latest Audited Balance Sheet
7. Declaration and Undertaking as prescribed under the Application.
8. CA Certificate for net Owned Fund
Single branch FFMCs shall have net owned funds not less than Rs. 25 lakh while FFMCs intending to operate through more than one branch will have to maintain net owned funds not less than Rs. 50 lakh.
How much approximate time & cost requied to get FFMC licence.
