What is Aop.
@ A B Kundu There will be an agreement relating to AOP. This document contains the date of formation of AOP and the address of the Association and also the persons in association. A copy of above agreement is sufficient to apply PAN. @ Mithun Ghosh AOP means Association of persons.
Thanks Mr. Kamath for your reply. Do you mean the Bye-laws or the Memorandum of the AOP as "the agreement"?
Yes. I absolutely meant the bye-laws or the memorandum.
Do you have any format for bye-laws or memorandum mentioned as agreement in the above reply.
