Whether books of accounts and other relevnat papers kept in electronic form for period of 9 years as mentioned is as per section 128.

Many companies instead of sending pysical invoices send soft copies through mail. whether this soft copy of invocies is in line with section 128.

Not sue whether this electronic records ketp also complies provision of other Acts. like income tax,service tax, etc.
