Can anyone provide the draft consent letter required for GST registration?
Further soft copies of which docs are required for proprietorship and of what size?

Sir, do we need to take this consent letter on any stamp paper or need it to be notarised?

Being a declaration..... it should be on stamp paper of the value as per state stamp act............ and should be signed before First Class Magistrate......... or Notary.... or even Gazetted Officer.
