Documentation requirement in debonding from customs warhouse

I want to know what are the documentation requirement for the Debonding process from the Customs Warehouse.........

If I sell the goods while they are still in the warehouse, so is it necessary to disclose to the Buyer the rate at which I have imported the goods.....?
