From which source i get a detail of Salary of CRPF employee.
Whether it is form 16 or from any other source.
Apart from this what info is reqd to prepare return of such employee.

Form 16 is enough, but better to cross verify it with Form 26AS downloaded from Traces site.
Any other source of income, bank/ppf/fd/rd etc and interest earned or accrued from all these. (along with any TDS deducted)
Bank account details etc..... (But nothing to be attached)
