I had filed online form and payment is also successful. Do I have to make any hardcopy submission to the institute? If yes, can it be made to the regional office at my place or only by post to certain branches like Chennai for SIRC?
Yes you have to submit hard copy, they will keep one with them and one will be provided to you after putting stamp and you can submit it at your nearest branch
oh..Are u sure Ratan ji? On e-services portal in status column it says payment made , docs pending or in process.. that's y I got this doubt..I am not able to view the instructions on the portal..a blank page is appearing..

@ mounika when I paid revalidation fees online, It is coming as payment not verified, and please also tell what will come in date of registration in course and date of expiry, the original date of registration like in my case 25 august 2014 or today's date and kindly also tell what should I upload in SLC column, like there are 3 columns, signature, photo and SLC, I have uploaded 12th marksheet, is it ok?

You had told u had submitted physical copy the other day right? Why are u again doing it online?
Anyways, your original date of date of registration is ur initially date of registration 25-8-14 date and not today's date.
For the attachments, I had posted my B.com certificate from college that stated that I completed my degree.. if you haven't done Bcom/ pursuing, then12th certificate should suffice.. I am not sure abt it though.
@ mounika actually my payment was not processed and kindly also tell should the 12th marksheet or b.com certificate uploaded in SLC column also needs to be attested?
