i think the curriculum for CA course should be campus based, rather than correspondance one...........
In correspondance course, student has to adjust with the whims and fancies of his own thinking regarding the application adn use of a particular subject in real life, unless the student is taking coaching where also theory subjects are merely taught to the nearest possible reality adn not its actual purpose.
in campus, the student gets the oppourtunity to apply the concepts in real life provided such campus training also includes practical training in every aspects......
CA's are often brought akin to MBA's and similar stuff but the educational training framework is not the same as that of professional environment to actually compare them......
it is a real fact that many of the CA students have deprived themselves OF from the training untill giving final which is otherwise not the actual sense of the course.......and the institute is fully aware about it.......
students either don't get good firms and if they do, they churn every drop of blood from them giving only limited months to the student to study........
This way the institute is producing professionals which are professionals only with most of the concept being learnt only in books or having every knowledge minus practical applicability. (The above sentence is not meant to undermine the prossional capability of them, but just to bring to the surface the real challenges being faced by many CA students.)
DO U THINK SO?
