Do not HIRE people to work for you.

That's a tragic mistake.

Hire people who can lead you when you need to be led.

Hire people who can question you, when you need to be questioned.

Hire people who can teach you when you do not know something.

Hire overqualified with wealth of experience and knowledge.

Hire freshers with their insatiable curiosity and enthusiasm.

No, Do NOT hire people to “work for” you. Hire people to work “with you.”
