I took gst registration under composition scheme for loan purpose, but my taxable turnover do not cross gst limit. do i need to file gst return quarterly? do i need to pay 1 percent gst on my turnover?

Yes, you have to pay the GST. It's mandatory to pay. I have also got registration for GST from TradenFill. Their team helped me a lot. I would say thanks to them for their help and support.

Under GST Regime, filing GST Returns is mandatory every month/quarter even if there is no business transaction in a month/quarter [ i.e. NIL RETURN ].
Since you have taken Registration under GST, filing Return is mandatory and you have to pay tax accordingly.

Filing of GST Return is mandatory for every registered tax payers.So you have file the GST Return and also Pay the Tax Dues.
