Do i need to buy new edition of these books ?

There are 5 amendments in Companies Act applicable for IPCC May 2013. Refer to the below mentioned link for the list of amendments as announced by the ICAI. There is no need to go for the latest edition.

and as far as Auditing is concerned, you need not buy the latest edition. Previous edition will suffice.
