Do composition dealer need to pay gst on URD purchase

I am composition dealer and have a garment retail shop. Do I have to pay gst on business expenses (carry bags, stationary, tea & water bottles etc)? if purchased from unregistered dealer and shown in GSTR 4 under table number 4C. Thank you.
