A company declared dividend and makes provision in the book for the same in FY 2007-08.

Dividend Amount is accepted in the AGM in the month of september 09 (FY 2008-09)

Now the company have to deposit dividend tax in challan No 280.

What should be writte in tax challan AY 2008 - 09  or AY 2009-10.
