Dividend received on shares taxable or not

I had received dividend from listed companies in Fy 2015-16. Is it my dividend amount taxable or not?

As per 10(34) it is exempted from taxation.

Dividend received from listed companies are exempt under section 10(34).
But it compulsory mention in exempt income column in ITR.

Not taxable provided dividend amount is less than 10 lakh.

No such provision, its completely exempt under section 10(34)

Dear, CA Vasiullah Please refer the Budget 2016. Provision got amended this year.

Apology,
this provision is not applicable in fy 2015-16.
