Dividend payout taxable or exempt - icici prudential

Dear Members,

I have one query, whether dividend received from :-

1) ICICI Prudential Balanced Advantage Fund - Monthly Dividend and

2) ICICI Prudential Equity & Debt Fund - Monthly Dividend

are taxable or exempt ? If taxable than what is the rate and under which head it will taxable ? and if exempt than under which section exempt ?
