Dividend given by the Mutual funds are non-taxable or is it taxable? and the Dividend given by the companies?

Any income received in respect of the units of a Mutual Fund specified
under clause (23D) is not taxable.

Dividend received by a shareholder from a domestic co. is exempt from tax u/s 10(34)....

any income received in respect of the units of a Mutual Fund specified
under clause (23D) is not taxable.
