1- does the dividend is paid if there is call in arrears and how it will paid
2- does dividend is paid on bonus and right issue if held before the record date?
Depends upon dividemd policy you know. It can be paid, cumulative or non cumulative if they dont want to pay.
However, constant dividend companies can pay irrespective of gratuity, bonus or rights. Its the descretion of the company
