Recently Bharti Infratel had declared a Final dividend of 44%, Announcement date has been 25-04-2014 but effective date is not mentioned. If i sell the Shares whether I am Eligible for the dividend?.

For receiving dividend the date that is important is the record date. Announcement date has no meaning. You shall not be entitled for dividend
