A company has declared Interim Dividend, so my query is how that company pay Dividend Distribution Tax (DDT) on it ?
Or what is the related Compliance on such declaration of dividend ?

Provision of Final Dividend declared are applicable at par to payment of Interim dividend. Hence the company is requried to deduct CDT fromt the dividend payable and pay the CDT to teh credit of Cent Govt.
