Dividend declared

annual dividend declaration power is only with AGM and not with EGM.
however now the board can declare interim dividend for the current year (by complying with dividend rules) and not for 16-17.. if u still wish to distribute accumulated profit, then u can opt for dividend declaration out of reserves (see dividend rules)
