THE DIVIDEND WILL BE PAID TO SHAREHOLDERS WHOSE NAMES ARE IN THE REGISTER OF MEMBER ON RECORD DATE.
SO OBVIOUSLY IT IS PAID ON NO OUTSTANDING ON RECORD DATE
