Distance B.Com urgent queery ?

Is DISTANCE B.Com from any open university like IGNOU, SOL DU etc eligible for CFA,CPA, AND REGULAR PG programmes in any foreign universities?

kindly reply (i'am planning to pursue B.Com - AF from IGNOU along with CA)

Also highlight the best open universities. among which to choose like- IGNOU, SOL-DU,SIKKIM MANIPAL,BHARTIER etc ?
