"WHAT IS EXACT DIFFERENCE IN DISSOLUTION AND WINDING UP OF A COMPANY.

Dissolution is a step after activity to Winding Up. By winding up all the assets and liabilities are being setteled but the legal status of the entity continues till dissolution, it ceases after winding up when the application for dissolution is being made.
