Dissolution of pertnership firm

Hi to all,

Recently we registered a partnership firm. But no activity has done till now. Just we want to close right now. Could u please assist me regarding the process of disslution of partnership 
No returns has been filed by this firm name till now.

You (the firm) have to inform to the registrar o f firms in writing

Apart from informing Registrar of Firms the partners have to write a dissolution deed as well.
