f it taxable supply is not exceeding 20 lakh. then whether it could be pay GST from Day 1 or after exceeding 2000000 rupees. that we see in service tax as SSP or in excise as
SSI.

He have to pay tax from day 1. Limit of 20 lakh is for registration not for its levy.
