Displaying provisional credit balance

I AM ALSO FACING SAME PROBLEM FOR dec 2018 return

BALANCE OF ELECTRONICS CREDIT LEDGER RS 309034 FOR THE MONTH NOV 18 IS TRANSFER / DISPLAY IN PROVISIONAL CREDIT BALANCE THEREFORE IN DECEMBER MONTH GST PORTAL SHOW TAX LIABILITY WHILE WE HAVE A CREDIT BALANCE AFTER DECEMBER MONTH UTILISATION.

Same here not able to utilize my credit balance of previous month, as it holds under Provisional Credit Balance,

What to do ?? anysolution

No sir, even if we have shown zero credit for current period, there is difference between last month closing credit balance and current month opening credit balance and difference is provisional credit balance. please explain this.

We are also facing same problem, if any solution please let us know.

I am also facing this type of error in GST portal, and due to this I unable to file GSTR-3B of March.2019 for one of my client. The credit ITC is showing in provisional credit ledger, and Iam unable to utilize the balance in march return. If any solution please let me know.
