Dispensing of manual Cash book

Whether the Auditor General of India or the Professional Body's like CA, ICWA, have  decided to dispense the  manual cash book.  Whether Public Sector Undertakings of State or Central have still got the system of having two manual cash book i.e. one for Income and another Expenditure or in one single book.
