I am really pissed off these days. Even after clearing my CA in one attempt, I could not get a job for myself. Are there no requirement for CAs? I have got myself registered in various job portals but have not received any satisfactory response. I need some valuable suggestions

You need to be smart while applying for Job, refine your resume, present key skills, achievements, strengths & reference!

Hi NIkita,
Dont get disheartened. Its not like opportunities are not there but only the focus of industry has shift. Now a days every co. want to hire a person who is already having experience in similar profile but there are opportunities for freshers also.
Dont get frustrated at all. Keep updating your CV on all the job portals on regular basis i.e. every 2 - 3 days. Do go through the Times ascent, sometimes good job offers are also there. Keep talking to your friends n seniors who are already in job 'coz netwroking helps a lot in getting job.
Last but not the least, till the time you are not getting a good job try to join a CA firm may be small of medium. You will learn new skills and increase your knowledge base that will surely help you.

Thanks for your response.
In my recent interviews I have come across many issues like salary, experience in a relevant area, some say I am too young, etc.
It seems getting a job is lot more difficult than clearing CA.

Nowadays to some extent getting job is difficult..even changing job is also not easy..as far as experience is concerned that you gain when you start working somewhere...thats why i said get associated with a CA firm for the time being

Hey dont be disheartened wait for right time there are many oppurtunity for CA's and till then keep yourself updated for recent matters...
This failure of nt get job is Temporary shouldnt affect your confidence while giving interviews...

Yes I appeared for campus.. but having three interviews in one day was such a hectic that i could not get in even one

You may feel bad what i am saying. but very simple logic - This is not your destiny try something else you still have time you need to introspect take a time and do what you like only then only you will be happy else even if u ll get a job u ll not be satisfied u will have some other serious problems. Better introspect and move on. I think rarely any body will agree with me but just adviced dont get disheartned by this advice. Your work was to ask for advice and mine was to provide to follow or not depends....... Good luck!!!!!!!

Your resume should be well built.
As the recruiters are saying you are too young ...simply means you have less experience than reqd.
So make sure that whenever you post resume for any post make sure it meets their basic as well as implied conditions.
hey ... kya yaar Itna bada kaam kar lia CA complete karke now Just bcoz u r not getting job u r feeling dihearted... Hey Come on...7 Days just forget that u need job.. Just b chill enjoy ur life in these days.. Refresh your mind... And then go back for jobs... There are lot lot of vaccancies out for CA.. So just chill collect ur energy back.... go with full confidence and this time i assure you will get a job dear friend....
