Can anybody please tell what is the consequence of quoting wrong section number(although the answer was write) in the examination paper/? Whether such cases would be rewarded nil marks or reduction of few marks from the correct answer written? |
no marks will be awarded in that case !!

What was the answer to question on section 2(22)(e) ? it wasn't mentioned that whether the co. was closely held or widely held |
until unless it is specified that the company is a widely held company or it is listed on a recognised stock exchange we presume it as closely held company!! Just because it is a "Limited" company does not make it a widely held company!!
