until unless it is specified that the company is a widely held company or it is listed on a recognised stock exchange we presume it as closely held company!! Just because it is a "Limited" company does not make it a widely held company!!

I wrote the ans correct but qouted wrong case law, is there any hope that i will get some marks???

i mean quoting wrong case law is a himalayan blunder, u could have done without quoting them
