According to the new updation in FEMA, for transfer of shares from resident to non-resident, the fair value of shares shall be valued by Discounted Cash Flow method. Can Mr Nitin please provide me the format of share valuation certificate issued by CA and how to calculate the fair value of shares by this method ? My email id is auditor.murali @ gmail.com
