mera question yeh hai sir ki mujhe sales bill ke ander discount dene tha magar nhi diya jab maine aapne CA sir se pucha toh unhonne kaha CREDIT NOTE issue kr do.
mujhe samaj nhi aaya aisa kyun karna hai is se kya fark padega CREDIT NOTE issue karna se.

You need to issue credit note so that the benefit of ITC taken by your customer can be reversed for the discount amount since if he doesn't reverse ITC it wrong
Jitne amount ka discount dena hai utne ka credit note issue kar sakte ho. Usse customer ko utna kam payment karna padega.
