I have a quary regarding showing discount on exciseable sale invoice of a manufactured which product have no standard price.Is there any issue "Excise rule "point of view.

There should be no problem to show discount

It seems your product is coming under Section 4 of the CE Act i.e Transaction value. Hence there is no problem in showing the trade discount, cash discount in the excise invoice. These are all eligible discounts for arriving at the assessable value of the product.

all such discounts should be done before assesable value, as after assessable value, the duty liability is fixed and thereafter if any discount is allowed, duty can not be reduced.
