I wanted to know if disclosure of interest by Directors in Form MBP 1 under section 184 of CA 2013 read with Companies (Meeting of Board and its Powers) Rules 2014 has to be filed with ROC within 30 days of the Board meeting in which the disclosure is noted.

Disclosures are not required to be filed with ROC...only the Board resolution passed taking note of the disclosures are to be filed in Form MGT 14 within 30 days....
