Disclosure of bills discounted with banks in balance sheet

Respected members,

I have doubt regarding disclosure of bills discounted with banks in Balance sheet.

Should we net off such discounted bills with receivables? Or Should bills discounted be shown as a liability with corresponding receivable in trade receivables?

Please clarify.
