Disclosure of Balance sheet section 44 ada

A doctor receiving professional pay from various hospitals for his services filing return under section 44ada as his gross receipts were below 50lakhs. He has to disclose his Balance sheet at the end of the year. He is not running any clinic and no seperate assets and liabilities with respect to his profession. How to disclose his profession's Balance sheet in the ITR 4

No need to fill any other details but fill some cash at hand and for payments due as on 31.03.2023.... in sundry debtors.

If available balances then fill the values in columns as per Mr Dhirajalal Rambhia Sir reply...

Otherwise fill with 0 (Zero).
