details of following employees to be given -
1. worked only part of the year and remuneration exceeds 2 lac p.m
2. if worked whole year remuneration exceeds 24 lacs p.a.
3. if holding with spouse and dependent children not less than 2% equity share and remuneration exceeds the remuneration of MD/WTD/MANAGER.
