As per Rule 8a of the Companies accounts rules 2014, the abridged form of Director report has been introduced for small companies and One Person Companies. And Rule 8 of Companies Accounts Rules 2014 for Companies other than small Companies and OPC.
However every Companu has to make disclosure in the Board report that the Company complies with the applicable Secretarial Standards
