directors mob.exps.paid by co.'s a/c

hi,

Ladies & Gentlemen this is the reference for the exps. director'mob.used for the business purposes which has been used to be paid through the co.'s a/c but for 2 or 3 months had been paid off through the personal a/c whether these exps.can be set off with adv. to directors a/c.
