In a company the directors are not traceble but the company wants to file its ROC return for last two years . how can i do this?

Hi Geeta,
Please clarify followings.
1. Are you finalized the balance Sheet for last two years. (Audited Balance Sheet)?
2. Are you filed the balance sheet in Income tax office for last two years?
3. How many directors in this company?
4. Who will take care of these things and your designation?

Hi Geeta
First of all u check ur company details on MCA portal in different section relating to directors and if not traceble then u inspect ur record online on MCA portal.
Secondly, i think till date u r not filed DIN 3 of such directors with ROC, please check.

Hi Geeta
First take into consideration every thing mentioned by Mr. Kumar.
And then if no compliance is done then you first obtain the DIN of two persons and then file Form 32 backdated. After the DIN and Form 32 is approved then file Form 23AC and ACA along with 20B for filing the return.

Hi Reena,
Yours comments are correct but one logical point is missing in this case. Please read the Ms.Geeta Question, the two directors are escaped from the company then who will sign the DIN-1 physical copy then how will send to noida and any one professional will not certify without applicant signature.
Note:Ms.Geeta Not mention how many directors in this company.
Ms.Geeta first you collect the all information about your company. Please follow Mr.Ajay words.

I was saying as the two already existing Directors are not traceable, She should appoint two new Directors backdated so that she can do the filing.

I think u will appoint new director in board meeting on back date, suppose u appoint them on backdate, who will sign the Form-32 digitally and how u constitute?
Ms. Reena, i think it will be dificult to appoint to new director.
