please provide your expert advice regarding the following:
Suppose in a company there are 2 directors both of them want to resign and 2 new directors want to take admission, in that case whether in a single meeting all the above can be done. And also can it be possible in a board meeting.

1. First, appoint two additional directors.
2. Then in the same Board meeting, note resignation of a director.
