If pvt ltd turnover is 1 cr and they are in audit , in such case if director of pvt ltd received remuneration and salary of Rs. 1200000 per annuam , so director is liable to do tax audit or not his return?

there is no tax audit in what's so ever maner as long as director not earning business income.
in your case he is earning as salary not business so no tax audit
