Director Salary in Pvt. Ltd. Company

As u are mentioning that director is getting Salary from the company then it will be taken under the head of Income from Salary......but if the director is getting fees for Board Meetings and other meetings and sittings then it should be taken under the Head of Income from other Source

How can a director be both executive & non executive yaar?

Since the Company is a private limited company and he is getting remuneration, it is implied that he must be holding a office or place of profit. Hence, the amount so received shall be taxable under the head salary.
